The new officials are M. F. Lane president; G. H. Smith, vice-president; George W. Klewer, secretary; H. M. Bachman, one of the founders of the Northwestern Golf course and · the club, treasurer (reelected). An imposing array of trophies and prizes were presented to winners of the special events of the season. The club championship award went to ]. W. Wedding. The C. F. Speed Founders' trophy was won by W. Maloney. The Weibold trophy was captured. by A. ]. Weichman. The name of Harold B. Hemb was engraved on the H. B. Lytton trophy and, in addition, he carried away the President Hayd.cn cup. The three cups donated by Countv Commissioner Oscar \V. Schmidt were awarded to G. H. Smith (first), vV. Maloney (second), P. W. Fowler (third). The Churchill cup was taken by G. A. Schaeffer. Thirty-seven other prizes were delivered to winners in tournament play.
