Clampitt, 823 Greenleaf avenue, was one of a group of four places opened to the guests. This picture shows a corner of the interior of Mrs. Clampitt's home, which was impressively adorned with winter and Christmas decorations. A large white star containing an electric light hung over the fireplace, ·while lighted poinsettia, tinsel, holly 1 and "snow" were among the other elaborate decorations. Crowd Returns Next Week Those students who will arrive next week from various schools for the Christmas holidays are: from Smith, lnez Webster, Margaret Gordon; from Dartmouth, Don Brockell, Robert Ellis, Hunter Hicks, Edward Munn, Warren Schmid, Way Thompson, and John Cogswell; from Knox School for Girls in the east, Eleanor Berger, Sarah Page, and Genevieve Smithers. These girls are expected home December 15. Bentley McCloud is due home from Phillips-Exeter December 18. On December 19, a group of north shore bovs and girls who attend Carleton college in Minnesota will arrive home. Thev are; Edith Clerk, Jane Barr, Faith Burge, Ruth Hardt, Marion Hilpert, Isabel Milton, Mary Ross, Burton Ascheim, Henry Hart, Russell Rossiter, and Richard Wilcox, and Phoebe and Helen Tuells. From Albion, Mich. Jane Willard and Marion Baldwin will return December 19. Jean Keith will be home the same day from Emma Willard school in the East. Virginia French of Wilmette will be home from Swtet Briar, December 18. Most of the universities, such as Wisconsin, Illinois, Northwestern, and Chicago, will be closed December 20, and the young people will be home for a three week !toliday.
