Several of the sportsman. pi lots who keep their planes at Sky Harbor use tbem for trips to Illinois, and Wisconsin duck huniting grounds.ý The boys are planning to niake a con- centrated attack on the birds and to bring back enough for a "big feed." Travelair Is Sold to Idaho Plying Service C. R. King arrived at .Curtiss air- port last week from Idaho to take delivery on a 6-place Travelair for E. F. Cranston. of, the Boise Flying service at Boise, Idaho. Mr. King, accompanied by a student pilot, flew the ship to Boise. The .flyiing, service plans to use the plane to carry -freighit over the mountains. The plane will travel to points which formerly were .Pal-Waukee airport, onMilwaukee avenue at Palatine road about two miles south of Wheeling, will close for the winter on November 15, 'it> was announced this week. .
