Mitchell of 1707 Lake avenue, Wilmette, who is a fresh*ian at Corne!! college, Mount Vernon, Ia., was one of the 52 tudests ieleeted for the ýQornelU A Caeppella choir. The choir is'rec- ognized as one, of the outstariding mus 'ical organizations in Iowa. The annual spring tour of the choir, throughout the Middle West is one of the features of- the school's pro- gram, as is the choir' s annual per- formance of Handel's Messiah in Dècember, and the B Minor Mass at the May Music Festival with thé Chicago Symphony orc~hestra.
