The 26th annual convention of the Illinois Municipal league, held at Kaknkakee, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday o! this week, was well rep- resented by officiais frorn the four villages, of Wilmette, Kenilworth ,Winnetka,; and Glencoe, many ç.4of wkhom participated in the programs. At the meeting o! the legal sec- tion,.Village Attorney Alexander H., Marshall, àf'Glencoe, presided, and at the mneeting of the municipal clerks and finance officers' section, Am-os H. Watts, of Glencoe, spoke on "the foreclosure of delinquent spe- cial assessments.,' Village Manager C. M. Osborn, of Kenlworth, presided at the session of building officiais, at which Nor- marn E. Schmidt, building commis- sioner. of Winnetka, delivered and address on "zonlng, in relation to the building code." Vie J.
