Bo th cars were damaged and were towed to a garage.. Mr- Gridley re ceiv ed a: severe bump on the right side of his head. Mrs. Gridley ,sustained a fractured wrist, cut on left leg and chest in- juries. James Smalley, 19, riding in. the Gridley-car, received. a cut above the right eye, and injuries to thumb and chest. Mr. Halpmn's left hand was injured,. and he received a. cut on the fore- head. Seven boys rlding with Hal- pin ail received injuries. All are residents of Glencoe.
