Sunset Ridge Plans. Pro-Amateur Event A pro-amateur mixed foursome will play an exhibition match at Sunset Ridge Country club Sunday after- noon, October 14. The club is open- ing this event to everyone, with no admission charge. The players wiIi tee off at 1 :30. Jack Westland, a member of the Walker Cup team this year, and seventeen-year-old Ann Johnson, present holder of the Western Junior championship, will play Helen Hicks, the firstwoman golfer to become a professional, and Dave Tosh, pro at Sunset Ridge. AIl except Miss Hicks are members of Sunset Ridge. After the match the women of the club wiil give a dinner for Miss Hicks, and during the evening she will answer questions regarding her work. The Woman's board of the club will be elected. Friday of this week, and November 15 the club's annual meeting and e lection will take place. The club was kept open during the winter Iast year, and this proved so popular with Sunset Ridge members ~d~tthe saine policy will be followed $is year.
