- On June 23,2013 James "Jim" Edward Greenlee,85, died at the Florence Nursing Home in Marengo. He was born on June 10, 1928, to William and Margaret (Hall)Greenlee in rural Harvard. He was married to Ruth A. Gumprecht in Crystal Lake on Oct. 2, 1948. He was survived by his wife, Ruth; children, Linda (Harold)Vierck, Don "Duck" (Trudy)Greenlee, and Kenneth (Peggy)Greenlee; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Stone and Mabel Sarah Luxton; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson; sister, Mary Woodard; and brother, Henry Greenlee. "Unavailable online due to copyright.
