- Fran Clemons, 67, of McHenry, formerly of Chicago, died July 7, 2013, at JourneyCare Hospice in Woodstock. She was born July 16, 1945, to Henry T. and Emma Frizell.She was the mother of Tamra Carroll. She was the wife of Samuel Clemons. She was preceded in death by her parents,her husband, and her sister, Fredricka White. She is survived by her daughter and her siblings, Henry W. Frizell and YoSan Blythe. Memorial will be July 11 at K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home in Fox Lake.
