- Ruth Elizabeth Walker, 83, of Harvard, died Oct. 28, 2013, at her home. She was born on April 8, 1930, in New Milford, to Claude O. and Myrtle(Pihl) Pagles. She married Howard E. Walker on Sept. 17, 1955 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Harvard. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Wesley(Yvonne) Walker and Edwin(Anne) Walker; one daughter, Lorna(Todd) Miller; five grandchildren; two sisters, Hanna Brady and Jeanette McCullough; and a sister-in-law, Delores Hobbs. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Orville Pagles; and a sister, Gertrude Sward. Unavailable online due to copyright.
