- Donna Jean Welch, 78, of Overland Park, Kansas, died January 30, 2014 at Kansas City Hospice House. She was born July 17, 1935 to Donald and Gertrude Spivey. She was the mother of Lorraine Haller (Kevin), Letty Storm (Chris), Louise Steinbach (Michael), and Larry Welch (Angela). She was the wife of James W. Welch. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Spivey. She is survived by her husband, children, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
