- Darlene C. Aeverman, 70, of Crystal Lake, died February 3, 2014 at The Springs of Crystal Lake. She was born February 13,1943 in Woodstock to John and Lovina (nee Brown) Schaefer. She was the mother of Diane (Frank) Vadnais and Denise (Kurt) Baker. She was the wife of Donald Aeverman whom she married on November 9, 1963 in St. Mary Church, McHenry. She was preceded in death by her parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Walter and Edna (nee Anderson) Aeverman; sister-in-law, Gerry (Robert) Becker; and brother-in-law, Harold Aeverman. She is survived by her husband, her daughters, her granddaughters, Sarah and Courtney Vadnais, Alison Brooke, and Cara Baker; her brother Robert Schaefer; her brother-in-law Ken (GeorgiaAnn) Aeverman; her uncle Walter (Phyllis) Brown; her aunt Helen Shaefer; and her many nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
