- Margaret C. "Cele" Perry, 76, was born on March 31, 1937 to John and Margaret (McLane) Powers in Peoria and passed away on February 14, 2014 in Fox Lake. She was married to Ronald Perry on October 24, 1958 in Harvard, IL. She is survived by four daughters, Linda Dubs, Nancy (Richard) Klay, Cindy (Terry) O'Brien, Barbara Perry; a son, Daniel (Laurie) Perry; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 3 brothers. She was preceded in death by her sister Carmella Skupien, her parents, and her husband. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Richmond, IL.
