- Linda Smith, 63, of McHenry, died March 1, 2014 at Elmhurst Extended Care Center in Elmhurst. She was born December 14, 1950 in Melrose Park to Gerald and Bonnie Belle (Bowen). She was the mother of Yvette Katherine (David). She was the wife of Rory C. Smith, whom she married on November 21, 1971 in Northlake. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald; her mother, Bonnie Belle (Bowen); and a sister, Bonnie. She is survived by her husband, Rory; a daughter, Yvette Katherine (David); two grandchildren, Mikayla and Haidyn; a sister, Barbara Campbell; and three brothers, Dennis (Marilyn) Massard, John (Peggy) Massard, Bruce Massard.
