Law School in 1948; attorney with Tennessee Valley Authority until 1957; practiced Commerce Law with Chicago law firm Belnap, Spencer, Hardy & Freeman; 1967 General Counsel/Vice President of Law for Chicago & Northwestern Railroad; member of Glencoe Union Church; 1978 appointed Director by President Carter of Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville TN for 9-year term; retired to Sarasota on Long Boat Key, later The Glenridge of Palmer Ranch Retirement Community; preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Joanne and brother, William Freeman - Date of Publication
