Age 69; resident of Glenview IL; died when vehicle crushed after Union Pacific train derailed at border of Northbrook and Glenview; 31 cars loaded with coal left track on Shermer Road Bridge south of Willow Road at 1:45 p.m., cars' weight caused bridge to collapse; wife of 47 years, Zorine, also died in accident; graduated from Senn H.S., 1964 undergraduate degree from U. of Illinois, 1970 graduate of DePaul Law School; worked for Chicago Transit Authority; founded Lindner & Lindner law firm in 1975; served on Board of Decalogue Society of Lawyers and Korean American Community Services, Director of American Asian Amity Association and taught in community college; active in Congregation B'nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim
