- Grew up in the Elgin, IL area, 1988 graduate of Huntley H.S. in Huntley, IL; stabbed to death on North Shore Edens Expressway by David Seddon of Racine, WI; incident described as result of road rage where both drivers of semi-trucks were cutting one another off and exchanging words on CB radios on Kennedy Expressway leaving Chicago; Seddon drove for Star Line Trucking in New Berlin, WI and Lauritzen for Pehler & Son Trucking in Arcadia, WI; pronounced dead at 12:07 pm at Highland Park Hospital from one knife wound to the chest; Seddon charged with first-degree murder in Cook County Circuit Court in Skokie on February 9, 2010
