Age 93: resident of Glenview IL since 1954; grew up in Chicago; undergraduate degree in physics from U. of Chicago, awarded fellowship in mechanical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology; served in U.S. Army during WWII in special reconnaissance in Pacific; worked four decades for International Banner & Poster as advertising executive and engineer; served two terms as member of Glenbrook School District 225, also as president, in early 1970s; board member of Milton College in Milton WI; preceded in death by his brother, Leroy (Mildred) Mock and sister, Jane Quinn
