Ryan & Co. (trade and clearing house); helped found Ronald Knox Montessori School in Wilmette; helped create parish school board at St. Joseph School in Wilmette; trustee for Sisters of Christian Charity's Mallinckrodt College in Wilmette; married 57 years; preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Florence Ryan, and brother, Jack (U.S. Navy pilot who died after two years service during WWII) - Date of Publication
