Myers FL since 1985, former longtime resident of Glenview IL; enlisted as air-cadet in 1943, after receiving wings and commission, joined 27th fighter group on island of Corsica, instrumental in liberation of Dachau concentration camp; principle founder of Halloran and Yauch, major irrigation contractor in Midwest, retired in 1979; preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane in 1975 - Date of Publication
