Eim Place Teacher Enters Painting in Exhibit By virtue of a water color paintâ€" ing submitted to judges, Mr. Harold Schultz, drawing teacher of Elm Place, is among the artists whose paintings are in the National Exhibit of Water Colors in the Art Institute in Chicago. This exhibit is now open free to the public and will be there until June. Elm Place considers this quite an honor. Plan Memorial Clock for Lincoln School on the south corner of the Lincoln school building. It is to be supported by two roads which are cast into the shape of a line of birds that represent the fight of time.
