On Wednesday, the fourâ€" teenth, the Cubs Junior played games in the Y. W. C. A. back yard where, perhaps you don‘t know, there is an outâ€"door stage, some lovely trees and a most picturesque ravine, where no end of places may.be found in which to hide and have picnics. ~The Junâ€" iors after their games made a camp fire in the ravine where they learned a few points about roasting marshâ€" mallows without having them burn or slide off the long fork. Later on, the same afternoon the Cubs Seniors adjourned to the ravine where they The girls who tast year were memâ€" bers of the Live Y‘er Girl Reserves club at high school are planning to retaining the name of Live Y‘ers. A number of these girls are too old to be Girl Reserves and have graduated fromâ€"high school but they still want the old group to have its meetings at the "Y" as it did in the past years. Some of the girls who are still in high school have found their proâ€" members ofâ€"the Girlâ€"Reserve corps last yearâ€"and attended the YÂ¥. W.â€"C. A. camp last June. Eva Miller and Caroline Schemmel have been Girl Reserves for two or three years, so the club feels that in its officers it has selected girls who will perform their various duties, faithfully and efficiently. This group on October 21 will â€"meet for supper at the Y, at which time they will discuss standâ€" ards necessary in becoming a Girl Reserve ringâ€"wearer. the camp fire.
