New Balinese Girls Club Young Business Women of High- land Park and Deerfield, were guests of the Y. W. C. A. at a supper Thun- day night, Much 20, at the associa- tion house. Thirty-six young women,, in re- sponse to invitations sent out by the Business Girls committee, met in the living room of the "Y" for an infor- mal "tretmeqimlnted" half hour. Sup- per was served in the assembly room at 6:30. The table was very attrac- tive with its flowers and candles in pastel tints. Mrs. E. Just when the hum of conversation wns at its best, some one suggested a “who's who." 80 each girl in turn rose and told her name and business connection. A surprise drawing then took place. The prize a lovely con-sage of sweet peas, was won by Ella Epperson, Highland Park hospital. Plans for forming a club were pro- posed. This met with such enthus- iastir response that it was decided to set the date of the next meeting for Thursday, April 3. At this time a name will be decided upon. and of. fleets will be chosen. The following committee will prepare the program for the dinner hour. Miss Bessie Pearce, Grace McClure, Gayle Borne- mann, and Miss Rosetta Taylor.
