This carnival takes the place of the old Highland Park day, and it is hopâ€" ed that everyone will turn out for it. A good time is guaranteed to all. Bids were to be opened yesterday by R. M. Dr. Harry Grwdle and one or two others spoke briefly. New officers of the club elected for the ensuing year last week will be installed this month. Yacht Harbor Plan Is Discussed at Meeting The regular weekly luncheon of the Highland Park Lions club is held at noon Thursday at the Green Tea Pot.
