B. Anderson as chairman, the position formerly held by Mr. E. H. Klaber. The reâ€" mainder of the committee has also been reorganized with Mr. J. B. Garâ€" nett, Mr. A. J. Wells, Mr. W. F, Nelâ€" son, and Mr. D. McLellan also holding positions. Thirteen members of Troop 33 took part in the second September overâ€" night camp at Gages lake last Friâ€" day and Saturday. The boys were taken in the cars of Mr. Howard Morâ€" an, Mr. F. 8. Wichman, and Mrs. H. R. Smith to the lake where they spent the night. h NEW SEA SCOUT ; SHIP REGISTERES The new Ship‘s committee of Seq Scout Ship 62 made up of Messrs. Roger Bronson, chairman; A. W. Felâ€" lows; M. P. Wamboldt and Harold Ambler all of Lake Forest have Mr. Benjamin Carpenter as the skipper of this recently organized group. These new Sea Scouts have already taken several training cruises on the Counâ€" cil Sea Scout schooner the "Albaâ€" tross." The North Shore Area counâ€" cil welcomes this ship to the Boy Scout Movement and congratulate it on the â€"ambitiows program they are carrying out. ; The educational department of the committee is now headed by Mr. Garâ€" The troop had a splendid opporâ€" tunity to show what it was made of when a rain and wind storm blew up in the early hours of the morning and threatened to dampen the spirits of the campers. Swimming on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning was conducted unâ€" der the leadership of Dick Wichman, junior assistant scoutmaster in charge of the watercraft activities of the troop. While the new committee is conâ€" sidered as official, the members of the old committee are continuing to work in their departments and assist the new men, who will be more or less in training until the end of the presâ€" ent calendar year. . All fathers of members of Troop 33 are considered as members of the committee, as they were last year. Each father is conâ€" nected with one of the departments of the troop committee and is called upon from time to time to function in some capacity with the troop. This relieves the members of the. actual committee and interests more fathers in the troop activities. According to reports from the new committee, the program of the troop for the present season will be an exâ€" ceptionally interesting one.
