The value of the fellowâ€" ship ~lies in whatever it may: contriâ€" bute to self expression,: discipline and growth of the whole life of its members and in the effectivement of that group as it functions in the life of a community. It offers, therefore, toâ€"advisers of girls a place of leaderâ€" ship which has greatest value. â€"â€"-Aayr y girl may enter this fellowâ€" ship; there is nothing uelectivg about its membership. The possibility of fulfilling this standard of: achieving this â€"growth, is in direct proportion who have accepted places of leader ship in the association movement.
