Flank steak is one of the most versatile cuts in the whole beef carâ€" cass and that goes for the way it ‘stretches to fit a big or little pocketâ€" book. Not many homemakers realâ€" ize just how good flank steak can be. It has the true beef flavor, i8 juicy and tender when well cooked and blends with the fiavors of any npubhyonwntbeonih"lfi it.
