Highwood Collector To Undergo Operation Paul Blum, assistant City Clerk and City Collector of Highwood has returned to his home from the Alice Home Hospital where he has been under observation. Mr. Blum has been in ill hulthvr several weeks, and will go to Victory Memorial hospital in Waukegan to undergo «n operation tomorrow (Friday). in athletics as well as social affairs at Lake Forest.
