State To Develop Bird Haven In Fox Lake Area _ Chainâ€"Oâ€"Lakes State Park, comâ€" posed of 3,200 acres in Lake county, in the vicinity of Fox Lake, is about to be developed by the State Departâ€" ment of Public Works and Buildâ€" ings.
