Graduated pipe will be laid as side streets enter the new sewer. When the connecting link becomes a part of the main artery at Prairie avenue, the main will be 15 inches wide. With the completion of this project, the entire northwest secâ€" tion of the city will have a modern sewage system. Highwood water and street deâ€" partment officials estimated filt the new mileâ€"long conduit will comâ€" pleted within 10 weeks.
