Second street, for over fifty years a resiâ€" dent of Highland Park, passed away last Friday at his home following a four months illness,. Mr. Wetzel was a retired greenskeeper, having worked at the Exmoor ‘club for many years. He was born in Schoesburg, Gerâ€" many, August 1, 1849, and came to Highland Park in 1885. High School "Stunts" Pleases Capacity Audience Saturday The â€" twelfth annual â€"Student Stunts, sponsored by the high school P.T.A., lived up to its reputation Saturday night when it pleased a capacity audience of over 1700 peoâ€" ple in the school auditorium. All geats for the performance were gone a half hour before the openâ€" ing curtain so that many who wishâ€" ed to, were unable to see the show. of the "Big Apple" the high point of the evening. More conservative Stuntsâ€"goers picked the Lundinâ€" Hoffman piano team or Dannie Cobb‘s rousing "I Love Life". Evâ€" erybody was quick to praise the tumbling teams and dance combinaâ€" tions, and favorable criticism could be found for each act and eveyr conâ€" tributing organization. The sixteen acts of Stunts were staged with unusual precision so that this year‘s production was esâ€" pecially popular with its audience.
