The women enjoy the iun and good times . . . the grocers are thrilled with the great numbers of old and new customers that are attracted to their stores and the big increase of business that results. Several numbers will be sung by the chorus, conducted by Harold N. Finch, and the orchestra under ths direction of Mrs. Helen Mannings will play the processional and reâ€" cessional. Andrew Jacobs, a memâ€" ber of the orchestra, will play a piâ€" ano solo, "Polonaise." â€" Summer School To Open Next Monday The invocation and benediction will be given by Rev. Henry F. Siemsen. Summer school will begin next Monday at Highland Park high school and will last through August. 12. The school day will last from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is divided into three periods of 90 minutes each. Three Highland Park Students Graduate From The Principia Commenaement ‘Mm. held last week at the pia marked the forticth anniversary of the school‘s founding. Fortyâ€"one gradâ€" rom ‘ of Liberal Arts at Elsah, IIl., and fortyâ€"six received diplomas from the junior college. Seventyâ€"eight were graduated from The Principia Upper School in St. Louis, Missouâ€" ri. The commencement speaker on both campuses was the Hon. Dougâ€" las L. Edmonds, of San Francisco, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of California. Greater Chicago was representâ€" ed by thirteen graduates, three of them from Highland. Park. They are: Miss Joan Greenberger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Greenberâ€" ger, 257 Cedar avenue; Miss Judith Howes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Byron C. Howes, 355 Hazel ave‘ nue; and John Baldauf, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur J. Baldauf, 645 Waverly road, who were graduated from The Principia Upper School.
