Mr. and Mrs. August Melchiorri entertained outâ€"ofâ€"town guests from Joliet last week. On Thursday Mr. and Mrs. Joe Lenzi and family spent the day with them. Mr. and Mrs. John Ugasti enâ€" tertained at a Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday. _ Among outâ€"ofâ€"town guests were Miss Jerry Easterle of Evanston and Mr. Charles Ugasti of Chicago. A reception was held at the Laâ€" bor Temple at 7:30 p.m. for their many friends. On their return from their honeymoon, the young couple will reside in Highwood. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Fini enterâ€" tained at a family dinner on Thanksâ€" giving day. Mr. and Mrs. F. Ghini of 26 S. Central avenue announce the marâ€" riage of their daughter, Eleanor, to Mr. Harold Snavely, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Snavely of Barrin, Mich., which took place at 10:30 Saturday morning at a high mass in the St. James church. Father Ward perâ€" formed the ceremony. A dinner folâ€" lowed at the home of the bride‘s parents for the family and immeâ€" diate relatives. The bride wore an ivory satin gown and a tulle fingerâ€"tip veil. She carried a white prayer book with streamers of lilies of the valley. Atâ€" tending her as maid of honor was her sister, Miss Carolyn Ghini. She was dressed in a dubonnet taffeta gown. The bridesmaids were Mary Ghini and Margaret Tosi, They wore rose and hyacinth blue taffeta gowns and little feather bonnets to match the gowns. They carried oldâ€"fashâ€" foned nosegays of assorted flowers. Serving the groom as best man was George Bartoli, and the ushâ€" ers were Fidel Ghini and Andrew Gianelli. Mr. and Mrs. A. Wysocky enterâ€" tained Mrs. Wysocky‘s parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Cerny of Somonauk, Ii1., over the Thanksgiving holiday. Mrs. N. C. Risjord is visiting relatives in Los Angeles, Calif. Miss Doris Baldi left Monday eveâ€" ning for Fort Pierce, Fla., where she will be employed for the winter. GHINIâ€"SNAVELY NUPTIALS Best man to the groom was Dean Sheahen. After a short honeymoon trip, the couple will make their home on Llewelyn avenue. Bridesmaid was Miss Helen Doâ€" land, sister of the bride. She wore a brocaded rose taffeta gown trimmed in dubonnet, and a clusâ€" ter of roses in her hair. Her bouâ€" quet was of pink roses and white chrysanthemums. Mrs. Doland, mother of the bride, wore a wine crepe dress and white corsage. Mrs. Shelton wore green crepe and a corsage of mixed flowâ€" The bride made a pretty picture dressed in a white satin gown and tulle veil. She wore long white gloves and a three strand pearl necklace which is an heirloom of the family. Her bouquet was composed of white roses and white chrysanâ€" themums. ZELLA DOLAND AND FRANK SHELTON WED On Thanksgiving day at noon Miss Zella Doland daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emmest H. Doland, became the bride of Mr. Frank Sheiton, son of the Frances A. Sheltons of Cenâ€" tral avenue. To the strains of Lohâ€" engrin‘s Wedding March the young couple were united in marriage by Father Gleason.
