This program is to honor the birthâ€" day of one of the country‘s greatest men, Abraham Lincoln. Mrs. Harvey Will ‘ Review Book ‘Frenchman‘s Creek‘ Mrs. Elizabeth S. Harvey of Evanâ€" ston, Illinois will give the next Book Review in the series sponsored by the Woman‘s Association of the Highland Park Presbyterian Church, at the church, February 9th, at 2 p. m. _ She will review "Frenchmen‘s Creek" by Daphne du Maurier. This book will no doubt be one of the season‘s "bestâ€"sellers." It is a story which was written to help the woâ€" men of England to find emotional balance in these stirring times. Hollyâ€" wood has bought it and it is now in production. Mrs. Harvey is a graduate of the School of Speech of Northwestern University andâ€" has lectured in the Eastern states and in Canada for the Lyceum Bureau. She has been giving book reviews for the last few years on the North Shore to study groups and to women‘s clubs. Her reviews are called "Lecture Recitals" which she presents entirely without notes. Roberts of Eim Place. One is about 60 years old that is dressed in a fitted silk dress with pantelettes. ‘There is a handâ€" made lace collar on her dress and it is pinned with a real coral pin. This fortunate young doll lady of long ago is completely equipped for travelâ€" ing as she has a trunk of clothing. ‘The other, we would call a figurine now but it was the favorite "play toy" of Mrs Robert‘s mother. It is a reâ€" plica of Little Red Riding Hood. Mrs. Roberts will also exhibit a hand made corset that is about 150 years old, having even the eyelets embroidâ€" ered by hand. Mrs, Mason Smith will show a doll that belonged to her faâ€" ther and Mrs, W. H.
