Mr. Underwood served in the army for 3 years, 2 years of that time in the Pacific. B 1 L L S The heaviest work of the County Court in the past has been the determination and judgment in juvenile and domestic reâ€" lation petitions. ‘Mr. Bills has given ecight years as Assistant State‘s Attorney to the exclusive handling of all of these prob. lems, including those of mental cases which require considerâ€" ate, kindly and understanding treatment.. Many of these youths who appear before this Court as juvenile dependents and delinquents, by proper handling, can be saved from a life of crime. He bandled these matters for eight years during the troublesome depression times when these cares reached an allâ€"time high in this County.
