Leah Elizabeth Wonnell Is Laid To Rest Born in Chicago, he had been a resident of Highland Park for 24 years. An alumni of Yale uniâ€" versity, class of 1916, he was vice president of â€" Central~ National Bank in Chicago, and a member of several Chicago clubs. He was also a member of the Highland Park Men‘s Republican club. While the enrollment in the upper grades has remained fairly constant, there has been a marked increase in the enrollment at the Kindergarten and first grade levels, indicating the trend which is expected to continue for sevâ€" For F. J. Green Chicago Banker Interment was made at Roseâ€" hill cemetery. Death, following a period of diabetic coma, claimed 14â€"yearâ€"old Rose Marie Carlsen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James J. Carisen, 633 Onwentsia, on Thursday of last week. She had been taken to the hospital the previous afterâ€" noon, upon suddenly showing signs of illness. A June graduate of the St. James school, she was planning to attend St. Mary‘s School for girls in Evanston this fall. Massesâ€"6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. Born in Ohio, Mrs. Wonnell atâ€" tended Oberlin college, and lived in Highland Park for 23 years. Rites On Wednesday For Mrs. Clara Lioyd Last rites were conducted yesâ€" terday (Wednesday) at the Kellyâ€" Spalding chapel for Mrs. Clara A. Lioyd, 74, who passed away on Tuesday at the home of her daughâ€" ter, Mrs. Gladys Lioyd Hawley, 1125 So. Linden, with whom she A musician, she had belonged to the Musicians‘ Club of Women in Chicago, the Highland Park Music club, and the Woman‘s Clubs of Highland Park and Raâ€" vinia. In spite of her illness, she retained her interest in music through ‘the years. She is survived by her husband, Kent Wonnell, and two sons, Kent Burton and James E. had made her home for the past 13 years. Last rites were held at St. James church on Saturday, with interment at Ascension cemetery.
