Nizzi, son of the John Nizzis of 230 McDaniels avenue, were united in marriage at the Imâ€" maculate Conception church on Saturday, August 6, at 9 o‘clock in the morning. The Rev. O‘Conâ€" nell heard the exchange of nuptial vows at the ceremony, performed on the birthday of the bridegroom. The bride was lovely in a seed pearl trimmed ivory satin gown made with long lily sleeves and ending in a long train. Her fingerâ€" tip veil, which belonged to the bridegroom‘s sister, Mrs. Sylvesâ€" ter Reitmeyer, fell from a beaded juliet cap. She carried white gladiâ€" oli an dan orchid, Her father gave her in marriage. Mrs. Reitmeyer attended the bride as matron of honor. Her dress was made of gold, silver and pale blue checked lumina cloth. Mrs. Benjamin Writz, bridesmaid, who was married to the bride‘s brother the Saturday before, wore a frock of aqua blue marquisette. WRITZâ€"NIZZI NUPTIALS Each carried a garland of yelâ€" low straw flowers and yellow gladâ€" ioli. The bride‘s mother was in navy blue, complemented by a grey hat and accessories and a corsage of yellow roses. The bridegroom‘s mother chose a sheer print for her son‘s wedding. Her straw colored hat was trimmed with yellow roses matching her corsage. Miss Maria Santi sang. They are dividing their time between Mrs. Laurie‘s parents, the Astor Benâ€" sons of 630 S. St. Johns avenue and Mr. Laurie‘s parents, the John Lauries of Roger Williams aveâ€" nue. Captain Laurie, who is at presâ€" ent training for a two weeks‘ period with the National Air Guard in Springfield, plun to join his wife and family here later. They will remain until about Sepâ€" tember 1. Mr. and Mrs. Alden Harris, son Tom, and daughter, Jydy, of 1001 N. St. Johns avenue left last Friâ€" day for a vacation at Lake Tomaâ€" hawk, Wisconsin.
