HOFF ARE PRINCIPALS St. Mary's Catholic church in this city was the scene of another pretty wedding on Wednesday morning of last week when Miss Anna Freund became the bride of Air. George Hoff. The ceremony was performed at 9:30 o'clock by Rev. Chas. S. Nix. The couple was attended by Miss Regina Freund, a sister of the bride, who acted as bridesmaid, and Joseph Hoff, a brother of the groom, who carried the role of best man. The bride was prettily attired in a gown of white satin back crepe with a snowy white veil. She carried a bouquet of white, roses and lilies of the valley. Her sister's gown was of georgette crepe over sa'.lrnon colored satin. The bridesmaid carried pink roses and lilies of the valley. A reception was tendered the couple at the home of the bride's parents and was attended by members of the two families and close relatives. The bride is the third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin S. Freund, highly esteemed rural residents, whose country home is located on the Woodstock road a short distance west of this city. She is a young woman of many pleasing qualities and enjoys the admira tion of a wide circle of friends. The groom is the second son of August Hoff of Spring Grove, He has been employed on various farms thruout this section during the past several years and is known as*an up right and industrious young man. His friends, too, aie many in the sections where he has worked. The couple went to housekeeping immediately ' on the farm of the groom's father near Spring Grove, which he has rented and will work in the future.
