LATE DAIRY MAKKNT& UTtCA, X, 5"., Oct. 28th 1876. , «, CHEESE--At Utiea on Monday thfere |(a8 an unmistakable declirife.of Jc from tfte rates of the last sal* day on which Hi giades changed hands. The attend ance was unusually lar^e, and the indi vidual offerings were very large, owing t<> the 'accumulation of the past three Weeks®. They ranged from 75 to 800 "boxes, and the aggregate could not 'liave been less than 12.000 boxes. About 90 factories were represented. More than one-third declined to sell at current prices. On the whole the »arket was dull, and comparatively little business was done. By special Instructions from New York, two lots, which do net usually receive the ex treme price, were paid more than the top quoted. Much interest wras mani fested. hut little trade took place. BUTTER--There is aa improvement In some phases of the butter market favorable to producers. The receipts last week Cell off several thousand pack ages, and an added firmiK'^ was thus .Induced. Xo increase, however, in the quantity of sales occurred. Prices vary much according to grade. There was a disposition to '.limit transactions to fancy lots:,and the pooler grades are coinparativly dull. ."Ufci ..,f t 1;; " ' • - V f - : . - „ -4 "War t Prices UDEE % AT THE FRONT A Kew Hair Tonic Having:.
