The definite expense of heating and furnishing the building, the cost of sewerage, well, and necessary outbuild- ings.etc . his not yet been determined, but we feel quite confident that the entire cost of farm and building will not very much either way from your appropriation for that purpose. Your committee would recommend that the county take the neccessary steps to stock the farm with proper atuount of cows and hogs, as there is a large amount of feed going to waste, which might be utlized to the great interest of the county, and if, at any time, there should be a surplus of milk the comveniences are complete for shipping to Chicago market. We also submit for your information an iiHroiitory,or schedule of property and articles, with cost, (marked "A") which was necessary for us to furnish in order to properly carry on the farm.
