Groesbeck to All the vacancies on the com uiitees of which Samuel Cutter waa a member. The resolution of condoleaoe on the death of Supervisor Cutter of the town of Alden, oflered by Sap. Granger, waa unanimously adopted, with in­ structions that the clerk eeod a copy of the same to the bereaved widow and family of the deceased, to wit:-- WHEREAS. Since our last meeting. Samuel Cutter, a member of this Board, has departed this life; therefore be it Resolved, That In the death of Lieut.
