At this writing Miss Susie Thompson is reported as being no better, but her many friends hope for her speedy recov­ ery. • Grandma Thomas celebrated the nine­ ty-second anniversary of her birth last Sunday by holding a family rennion at Joe Draper's. There will be a calico social at the home of F. A. Abbott on October 18, for the benefit of the Ostend Sunday School.
