Lester Bell of Spring Grove spent the last of the week with his brother, James in Ringwood. A number of the friends of John Howe surprised him at his home west of town Monday evening. AH present report a good time. Miss Florence Carey has been quite ill the past week at the home of her grandmother at McHenry, but at this writing is somewhat improved.
