The suit was brought on by Chester M. Goodman against F. H. Wattles thru a horse deal between these two gentle men some time in the early part of September. It .seems that F. H. Wat tles sold to Mr. Goodman a horse which he guaranteed to be just as be repre sented the animal to the purchaser. The deal was closed and Chester took the animal home. The day following the purchase, Chester, on hitching the h)r*e up, noticed that it showed' signs of balkines*, whereupon the buyer re turned the horse to the seller, at the same time demanding his money re turned. Not being able to convince Mr. Wattles that thehorte was not what he claimed for it, Goodman surd and the trial wa-4 held as above stated.
