Earle Eldredge. This ass* sion of the board was oalled at the ar gent request of the people of Richmond, many of whom firmly believe that El- dredge was the victim of fool play and that the doty devolves upon the county of making every possible effort of ap prehending the guilty parties. *, The special session WHS 'A short one, Supervisor Mentch of Cary stating to the board the reason why they had been requested to meet at this time, and outlining his views as to the proper course of procedure. All of the supervisors of the county were present except Richardson of Barton, Turner of Hebron and Heinemann of Grafton. After some consideration of the sub- ject the matter was referred to the com mittee on finance, which drew np and presented the following report: Whereas, on the 26th day of February, A.
