There is comfort in the knowledge 90 often expressed, that Dr. Kilmer's Swamj> Root, the great kidney remedy fulfills every wish in curing rheumatism, pain in the back, kidneys, liver, bladder and every part of the urinary passage. It corrects inability to hold water and scalding pain in passing It, or bad effects following use of liquor, wine or beer, and overcomes that unpleasant necessity of being compelled to go often during the day, and to get up many times during the night. The mild and the extra, ordinary effect of Swamp-Root is soon realized. It stands the highest for its won derful cures of the most distressing cases. If you need a medicine you should have the best. An Event In Sunday Journalism, The people of the middle Weet are rapidly discovering that the Sunday Magazine of the Chicago Record-Herald is not only a real magazine bnt also one of the greatest in this age of mag azines. Its recent display of enterprise in paying $25,000 for the exclusive serial rights of Conan Doyle's new romance, "Sir Nigel," compelled even the editors of the famoas monthlies to acknowledge the presence of a new and powerfnl rival. When this was followed by An thony Hope's new Zeuu» romance, 'Sophy of Kravonia," the reading world needed no fnrther proof that the Son- day Magazine of the Chicago Record- Herald was able to captnre the finest and most costly new fiction offered in England and America. Its illnstrations and cover designs in color have from the beginning been of nnsnrpasaed beau ty and artistic grace. In short stories, descriptive articles, humor, poetry and sketches of all kinds are the choicest that the literary market affords, many of them being written by the most pop ular authors and magazine contributors in the United States. In short, it is an entertaining, high-claM magazine that will bear comparison with the best in dependent weeklies or monthlies, what ever the price. There is nothing elBe like it in American journalism. low Rates to Paclfle iiout Via Chicago, Union Paclfle A North Western Line. Sherman, Lisbon Bed Mills, Lawrence Co., N. Y., writes: "I had kidney disease for many years and had been treated by physicians for twelve years; had taken a well known kidney medicine and other remedies that were recommended, but got no relief until I began using Foley's Kidney Cure. The first half bottle relieved me and four bottles have cured me of this terrible disease. Before I began taking Foley's Kidney Core I had to make water about every fifteen minutes, day and night, and passed a brick-dust substance, and sometimes a slimy substance. I believe I would have died if I had not taken Foley's Kidney Cure." Q. W. Besley. Jamestown Exposition. Low rate excursion tickets via the Chicago & North-Western By. It is a pity such rascality could not be detected. Every Man His Own Doctor. The average man cannot afford to employ a physician for every slight ail ment or injury that may oconr in his family, -nor can he afford to neglect them, as so slight an injury as the scratch of a pin has been known to cause the loss of a limb. Hence every man must of necessity be his own doctor for this class of ailments. Saccess often depends upon prompt treatment, which can only be had when suitable remedies are kept at hand.
