Bending was in the box for the locals ] and should have won hie game with the i greatest of ease had his support been more certain. He pitched a splendid game, allowing the opposing batters only three tiny hits, while the Eagles, gathered in seven. The closeneek of the score is accounted for by the fact that the home players amassed a total of eight large, juicy errors while the Johnsbnrgh boys erred but thrice. Nie- sen, the Johnsbnrgh twirler, was in good form, and 'tis said that he fanned no less than seventeen men. The fol lowing was the line-tip of the two teams together with the runs, hits and errors: Jtt ill Ingists. *uo E29 Official Publication. BESLBY WEST McHENRY, :: :: :: 1LLINOIS J J I County of McHenry, ) ss* I, CARL W STENGER, Cashier of West McHenry State Bank, do solemnly swear that the above statement is true, to the best of my knowledge and belief. CARL W. STENGER, Cashier. The Limit of Life. The most eminent medical scientists are unanimous in the conclusion that the generally accepted limitation of human life is many years below the at tainment possible with the advanped knowledge of which the race is now possessed. The critical period, that determines its duration, seems to be between 50 and 60; the proper care of the body between this decade cannot be too strongly urged, carelessness then being fatal to longevity. Nature's best helper after 50 is Electric BitterB, the scientific tonic medicine that revital izes every organ of the body. Guaran teed by N. H. Petesch, F. Masquelet, McHenry; G. W. Besley, West McHen ry, druggists. 50c. You'll Not Regret Seeing It. Is the great national game of base ball dying out, or is this an off year for the sport? This is a question that ia being asked by the lovers of the sport in many cities and towns around us. In McHenry the game has not been a paying one, the management of the Bines coming to this conclusion before not more than half a dozen games had been pulled off the fore part of the sea son. At Elgin, Waukegan, Harvard, G^noa Junction and many other places the game seems to have been discarded, owing to non support.. Fre»i Markln Goea to Oslikofth. I will mail you free, to prove nierit samples of my Dr. Shoop's Restorative, and my Book on either Dyspepsia, The Heart or The Kidneys. Troubles of the Stomach, ,Heart or Kidneys are merely symptoms of a deeper gikue&t. Don't make the common -error of treating symptoms only. Symptom treatment is treating the result of your ailmenlf and not the cause. Weak stomach nerves --the inside nerves--mean stomach weakness, always. And the Heart and Kidneys as well have their controlling or inside nerves. Weaken these nerves and you inevitably have weak vital or gans. Here is where Dr. Shoop's Re storative has made its fame. No other remedy even claims to treat the "inside nerves." Also for bloating, biliousness,^ bad breath or complexion, use Dr. Shoop's Restorative. Write me today for sample and free book. Dr. Shoop, Racine, Wis. The Restorative is sold by N. H. Petesch. Additional Personal. Mrs. C. G. Frett w,as a Chicago visit or Wednesday. , Miss Etta L.
