The Northwestern road has become alarmed and has issued a general circu lar to crossing flagmen and watchmen in an effort to protect the company's property from the destructive mania and the people from their own careless ness and abandon. The company is de termined to prevent speeding motorists from attempting to knock its trains off the track, and henceforth crossing men must take extra precautions to lower gates and put signals in place sooner than has formerly been the practice. Increased diligence and watchfulness is commanded, and the company will do its share by prosecuting automobile drivers who disregard warning signals. "Foley Kidney Fill* Have Cared Me."
