Next Sunday the Holy kame Men's society of this parish will reoeive holy communion in a body. The member­ ship of this recently established men's society has already exceeded the fort, mark and ere long we hope to have every man of the parish enrolled. In spite of the variable winds and rains of last Sunday, the school's hall stand­ ing as well as seating capacity was taxed to its utmost by parishioners and neighbors, eager to witoess our first school exercises. The matinee on Tuesday was likewise strongly attend­ ed. To accommodate our many friends from greater distances the same pro gram will be rendered this coming Sunday evening. On thiB oocasion the premiums will also be rewarded to those wbo have excelled in their classes. It is indeed worth while to travel several miles to see the Volo Catholic school exercises.
