Married--At the residence of E. S. Wheeler, the home of the bride, Feb. 22, 1893, by Rev. Miller, pastor of the Baptist church, Richmond, William Mollohan and Miss Anna G. Schuene- mann, both of McHenry. T. M. Cook, a prominent citizen of McHenry county, died suddenly at Woodstock Monday evening of apo­ plexy. He was .the father of Coroner Cook of Huntley and Dr. W. W. Cook of Woodstock. The Democrats of Woodstock have announced their second inaugural re­ ception and ball to take place at Murphy's hall in that city on Friday evening, March 8, 1893. Heimer & Engeln last week sold their property at Pistakee Bay to Chicago parties. They are also the owners of three acres of land on the river close to this village, which they have laid out into lots and will this season put up one or two handsome cottages and otherwise improve same. Land on the river front now com­ mands three and four hundred dollars an acre and is bound to increase in value as improvements progress. March 15, 1893 Wm.
